Design
Our in house design team has amassed 40 years of expertise in delivering customised solutions for our wide range of customers. The NPS design team are completely versed with the constraints and parameters of the food and pharmaceutical industries enabling the solution to fit any customer specific need. The design team compose solutions from the simplest of cutting jigs to full bespoke turnkey food production systems. Building and complementing on the existing expertise of on-site construction and installation, movement and re-location of production lines, plant and factory refurbishment.
Manufacture
Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium our production unit team is proficient in the production of the full range of food handling equipment from basic single tables through to conveyance solutions, complete food production lines and hygiene systems. Capable of all bespoke manufacture and supporting the civil activity with heavy fabrication from wall protection systems, access systems, platforms, mezzanine decks and full structural building support frames. All of our fabricated items are to BS EN 1090+A1:2011/1090 -2:2008+A1:2011.
Installation
Our installation teams have built up a formidable level of competence installing single one off machine requirements to complete factory fit out, relocation or refurbishment. This has been earned through consistently planning a methodical procedure promoting and combining safety into the whole installation process. The assessment activity meticulously highlights key events, timings and costs. The team’s historic, repeated delivery and adherence to their installation schedule has created a high level of customer confidence leading to using the team as second nature.
